Intro

tstack is Theo (@theo / t3dotgg)'s published everyday Claude Code / Codex agent skills pack (MIT). Repo created 2026-10-24, ~298★; announce post ~448♥.

It is not a new framework — it is a set of workflow skills you copy into ~/.claude/skills or ~/.codex/skills: full-send, council reviews, PR babysitting, modernization, and more.

  • council — multi-perspective / council-style review

Some skills need gh (GitHub CLI); others use T3 Code's delegate_task. Check the repo README for exact requirements.

Positioning

tstack mirrors the author's real daily workflows on Claude Code / Codex. Treat it as a skill template library to copy and adapt — not a hosted service.

Usage

Install

git clone https://github.com/t3dotgg/tstack
# Copy skills per README, e.g.:
cp -r tstack/skills/* ~/.claude/skills/
# or
cp -r tstack/skills/* ~/.codex/skills/

Prereqs: gh authenticated; if a skill calls T3 Code delegate_task, that environment must be set up locally.
